A contract between the customer and Russell & Hodge for the sale of our products will exist once an order has been accepted (at which point the buyers credit card will be charged for the total value of the order including postage costs). This does not affect the customer’s statutory rights.

Our goods are provided to customers on the basis that the title will pass once the items are despatched. These terms apply regardless of the method of payment used in relation to the goods. Russell & Hodge’s total liability for any claim howsoever arising shall not exceed the value of goods supplied by Russell & Hodge to the customer. Russell & Hodge shall not be liable for any consequential customer loss whether this arises from a breach of duty in contract or in any other way. Russell & Hodge cannot accept any liability for a failure to comply with specific care instructions stated in the garment, or website. This statement does not affect customers’ statutory rights.

Our website will endeavour to display all items in our current range. Occasionally, if an item is out of stock, the expected delivery date will be increased. You will be emailed or telephoned if the despatch of your order is expected to exceed 14 days.

Each order is for the personal, non-commercial use of our customer. Resale of any product without our express, written consent is strictly prohibited.

We will attempt to consolidate multiple item orders in one shipment. Due to inventory and packaging requirements, however, orders may be shipped over several days and in more than one package. A delivery charge will be added to your order value, please see shipping costs for further information. If you are not happy with the quality of your shirts when they arrive please send them back to us for a full refund and exchange. We want you to be completely satisfied, please visit our returns page for more information.

Every effort is made on this site to ensure that shopping online is safe and secure, but we cannot be responsible for fraudulent use of a lost credit card if this has not been reported to your credit card company. Please refer to our Security Policy.
